Dear Sirs,
Following the heavy rain fall last week. There has been a pavement leak into our basement. Which I believe the issue has been caused by recent works by the council to the walkway and doing repairs to the pavement slab and surrounding areas.
Therefore, we had lots of water going into the basement which has caused damage to several areas. Could you please send out a representative to review this and check the storm gullies etc and not blocked. I attachted photos of the area rainwater has penetrated the basement we believe, and these are the areas that will need to be checked, and the storm gullies in the area are not blocked.
I have tried to log the issue via your website. But it will not allow me.
Please could you review this at your upmost importance. We are happy to get someone to meet at the property. Thank you and look forward to hearing.

There is a high-density of people smoking in this outdoor sitting and refreshment area on the concourse outside Euston station, which is affecting the air quality for all users. I asked Network Rail if it could ban smoking in this area as it does in other open areas of stations, but it says that it is under the remit of Camden Council. Please can you ban smoking in this area? The 10% minority who smoke are causing passive smoking and ruining the air quality for everyone else. Even though it is outside it is a busy area with contained sides so smoke affects large numbers, particularly those trying to enjoy refreshments before or after travelling.

Approached by a member of a film team claiming 4 spaces had been applied for to be blocked on Frith Street. Threatened with a parking ticket if we remained in the space. Showed me a receipt on a phone for the parking restriction with no details of which parking bay(s) the receipt represented for application applies.
This did not detail where the spaces were allocated to be blocked, no details on which spaces and how to count these from which shop front. No details at all written on the parking restriction board looped (not affixed) onto the pole with the normal parking limits/instructions - as pictured. Please note this bay strip contains 5/6 parking spaces.
It is not possible to enforce a parking restriction with no restriction details displayed on the notice. This is neither transparent nor enforceable to vehicle users in the locality. It is inappropriate to create anxiety to young families in the locality, I was with my two young children in the car when approached.
Please investigate and ensure any parking restrictions granted are properly signposted with the date, times and exact parking space locations, whether that be restricting public parking spaces or resident bays.
