You have been to fix the drain but the road to the left before the drain is not flat - so when it rains we still get a flooded puddle As the road does drain down to the drain It is now more a ROAD problem Please advise what we can do about this - as it has been dry but when it rains we are in trouble. Dear Sirs,
Following the heavy rain fall last week. There has been a pavement leak into our basement. Which I believe the issue has been caused by recent works by the council to the walkway and doing repairs to the pavement slab and surrounding areas.
Therefore, we had lots of water going into the basement which has caused damage to several areas. Could you please send out a representative to review this and check the storm gullies etc and not blocked. I attachted photos of the area rainwater has penetrated the basement we believe, and these are the areas that will need to be checked, and the storm gullies in the area are not blocked.
I have tried to log the issue via your website. But it will not allow me.
Please could you review this at your upmost importance. We are happy to get someone to meet at the property. Thank you and look forward to hearing.
