very bad timing
For a long time, when there is more traffic or a traffic jam on Wigmore Street, the lights practically do not change to green at the intersection with Welbeck Street, where the pedestrian and Wigmore street lights change normally. It has come to the point that drivers trying to leave Welbeck Street constantly honk at each other and force the cars in front of them to leave on red light crossing Wigmore Street. Just today I witnessed a truck almost wipe out a cyclist who was driving on a green light as well as two drivers who fought each other because of honking.

Drain blocked with tarmac

Please see below for contractor's report. This is causing issues in 29 John Adam Street.
"Attended site and parked outside of the property. I then raised MHs in the road to see if the main drains were blocked. I was then informed by someone on site who had the report of the issue, being a blocked gully just outside the front of the property. I then got my tools and equipment and setup around the gully. I found the rodding eye cap was in. I then removed the rodding eye cap and found the water drained without any issue. I then put on gully gloves and inspected what was blocking the trap and found it to be tarmac. Due to amount of tarmac in the trap, we are unable to remove it as its set. A new gully will need to be installed.

No provision for Cyclists Traflgar Sq to Palace

Yet again, a change to the layout of works at admiralty Arch and no provision for cycling West Bound from Trafalgar Sq.
Some provision was there last week, now gone. Cut through via the south most part of Arch has barriers in place with no provision for bikes (even single file).
I can see others have reported similar in recent months, this contractor is a repeat offender at either not making provision, or not marking it in an way.
Not just an inconvenience, this is creating dangerous riding environment and a danger to pedestrians.

Very smelly bin bags affecting the blood donation clinics due to the heat and smell

At least 20-30 bin bags left outside west end donor centre and its very smelly, hot and humid. Its causing big complaints with the donors attending the clinic due to the heat and humidity and the smell is affecting both clinics. This is not acceptable as we are a health clinic.
