Tree branch rubbing against roof end bollard
3rd June
There is a possibility that that offending branches can dislodge the capping tiles and bollard on a windy day. Next door is a car park so it can be dangerous for anyone who parks there. I am 78 years old and cannot risk climbing a ladder to reach out and cut the branches.
Can you please expedite remedial action before there is an accident to property and people
My address is 1, Brackley Road, W4 2HW.

Sutherland road
2nd June
I am writing to raise a concern regarding the ongoing issue of excessive tree sap, falling leaves, and bird droppings from the trees on [insert your street name or specific location].
The amount of residue falling from these trees is substantial and affects not just my vehicle, but many others parked along the street. Within just 10 minutes of cleaning my car, it appears as though it hasnt been washed at all due to fresh sap and droppings. This is not only unsightly but is also damaging the paintwork over time, which could lead to costly repairs.
In addition to this, residents are already paying up to 300 a year for parking permits, and now we are also incurring extra cleaning costsonly for our cars to remain consistently dirty due to the environmental fallout. It feels unreasonable to pay so much for parking without basic protection from this kind of persistent damage.
I kindly request that the council inspects the trees in question and considers practical solutions such as pruning or more frequent maintenance, to help reduce the impact on residents vehicles.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
