Parking with engine & Chiller running for long periods on a regular basis

Parks up for long periods of time, sometimes an hour, leaves engine and Chiller plant running - very noisy and lots of vibration. Driver just sits there. Eventually makes a delivery to a business in Moreton Street. Makes working difficult due to noise and disturbs children doing revision for A Levels. Happens on a regular basis, makes the road very narrow, so sometimes parks on the pavement

Cyclist traffic light Southbound stuck on red

The traffic lights for cyclists travelling Southbound from Chelsea Bridge towards Clapham on Queenstown Road at the roundabout exit for Prince of Wales Drive Eastbound is stuck on red: the sensor on the traffic lights for the ahead lane for cyclists travelling through the roundabout does not work. The lights only turn green if a pedestrian pushes the button on the crossing over Prince of Wales Drive adjacent to the cyclist traffic signals. This means that cyclists making the Southbound ahead movement will never receive a green light as part of the normal traffic light sequence.
The issue has been present for at least 3 days, and has occurred in the past before for a long time before being rectified.

Dangerous cyclists cutting across cycle lane from road

Southbound cyclists using the road coming down Constitution Hill (often at high speed) are cutting through the hard line road marking and cutting across the dual lane cycle lane to join the cycle path, many thinking (wrongly) it is their right of way (because it is a straight line). The right of way belongs to the northbound cyclists using the cycle lane. There have been repeated near collisions. The road bollards need to be reinstalled across the length of the hard line at the traffic lights here to indicate to 'road-using cyclists' it is NOT their right of way.
