Flooding caused by excessive rain water has caused us to shut the gates underneath the Home Office between Marsham Street and Monck Street. Members of the public are climbing onto a wall to avoid going feet wet thus causing a danger of slipping. We are clearing the water and removing debris from drains and will open the gates shortly. Bike lane light facing the wrong direction

The bike lane light for north-going bicycles to stop when pedestrians are crossing, at the crossing just southeast of Buckingham Palace, is facing the wrong direction. I believe it got turned around for the marathon and hasnt been turned back. Cyclists cant see theres a red light there when pedestrians have the right of way.

No provision for Cyclists Traflgar Sq to Palace

Yet again, a change to the layout of works at admiralty Arch and no provision for cycling West Bound from Trafalgar Sq.
Some provision was there last week, now gone. Cut through via the south most part of Arch has barriers in place with no provision for bikes (even single file).
I can see others have reported similar in recent months, this contractor is a repeat offender at either not making provision, or not marking it in an way.
Not just an inconvenience, this is creating dangerous riding environment and a danger to pedestrians.
