Two road signs facing wrong direction

There are two road signs in the same spot that are facing the wrong way, causing confusion to drivers.
1) The white arrow inside a blue circle which tells the drivers which lane to use is facing the wrong direction and cannot be read by drivers. This is dangerous because they take the counterflow bus lane in confusion.
2) The no entry sign at this spot is bent and facing towards Piccadilly. As a result, it seems to suggest that the correct lane for drivers is no entry, which causes further confusion.
So in summary you have a very busy junction, in a key location, with an unusual road layout, where two of the most important road signs to guide drivers are either un-readable or giving a false indication.
Furthermore, these signs have been like this for over one year, so I would guess a road accident should be due any day now.
I would therefore advise these signs are fixed with priority.

Caravan parked

Caravan illegally parked and a person living in it. They have a barbecue next to it. It feels unsafe walking around there. Its blocking the view and Its unhygienic and unsightly. I dont understand how its been there for as long as it has. They just moved it from one corner to another. It feels discriminating that its allowed to be on the streets where its mainly occupied by social housing residents. Please remove it asap!
