Unauthorised use of Pavement licence

I would like to highlight here that Apna Adda at 16a Leicester Square has been abusing their pavement licence for many years. They never had more than 2 table and 4 chair approval but always has used more than 4 tablets and 8 chairs. On many occasion they had 12 chairs. It is poiling the whole look of the square. Their entrance is tiny and their tent is too big. They only have 2m x 5m permission from the council but they are pretty much using 4m x 7m which needs to stop immediately. They have got away with this for many years. They are also blocking the chrch's fire exist and big incident is waiting to be happen. I am proposing the council to suspend their licence completely for abusing the permison. I have many photos of many different days in last 6 months but unfortunately can only upload 3 photos here.

A shanty town has grown up by the foreign office and has been there for months
it should be removed as there is no planning permission for a structure there on what is an iconic street

Conway are digging on Suffolk Place. I spoke to them and they are doing some drain work. They have cracked one of our cellar ceilings by digging which will cause water leaks for us now and we will have to pay to repair this

People keep leaving their rubbish out overnight, totally ignoring the pick up times. This results in foxes and other issues with animals tearing open the rubbish bags. This is a daily problem. Please can the council issue fines to those doing this by using the evidence found in the rubbish.
