Lime bike blocking pavement directly opposite electric bike only parking bay

This recent example today of a Lime e-bike being abandoned on the pavement on Arthur Road directly opposite a designated dockless electric bike only parking bay encapsulates the problem of the continued obstruction of public pavements by dockless electric hire bikes across the borough.
There are other Lime and Forest e-bikes on the pavement within 50m each way of the parking bay exclusively reserved for e-bikes.
This is not an isolated incident but part of a persistent and worsening pattern.
Public messaging about reducing street clutter and tidying the public realm now reads as hollow, even farcical, in light of current conditions.
