The builder at 5 Avenue Road often leaves parking cones on the street so he has personal space for his cars and vans. Now it seems he has erected fencing in the street where he has a permanent reserved place. The other day his van was inside that enclosure. I noticed this about 2 weeks ago, went there today and the obstruction of the road is still there.

Council has taken down tree along this area and when they took down a tree my back side fence to my property was taken down and damaged. I spoke to the work men they said the whole fencing on that side of the road with will replaced but my concern is my property is now vulnerable as anyone can now walk into my back garden. There is a dead fox in Mitcham common, the fox is situated at the front of the park in the middle of the overgrown grass. If you enter the park from the bottom of Beech Grove youll be able to locate it. It has been here for a few weeks and is starting to decompose which poses a health risk to dogs and children in particular

Trees affecting property

There are two trees that are very large and constantly have leaves dropping or animals droppings in our garden. My husband & I have many health conditions and find it tiresome to have to constantly clean our garden after the tree grows. The one by our front garden also hits our aerial and sometimes meddles with our signal.

The contents of 323 Tamworth Lane has been dumped in the alleyway affecting each resident who lives between the tennis club and the corner shop in Tamwoth Lane / Cambridge Road.

Basically, the owner off 323 Tamworth Lane has decided to dump the contents of his home in the alleyway behind his house and affecting his neighbours on either side of his home and the rest of his neighbours in Tamworth Lane together with the local tennis club. The load is so significant that our local authority needs to get involved and ask the owner to arrange a skip to remove what's there and then fine the person responsible. I will report the matter to my local MP if our local authority doesn't get involved. It's that serious.
