Roadworks with no action is causing hell in the area

The application for traffic lights at this busy intersection was for four days. It is now entering it's third week, and absolutely no work has been carried out for at least the last two. As a local business, the infrastructure impacts have been enormous on us. We wouldn't mind if they were actually doing something, but they are not, and it is simply becoming unbearable. Please compel whoever this is to get on with it so we can get our life back!

Unsafe cycling
cyclists not dismounting and poor signage
The path is narrow and unsafe with competing joggers, walkers and cyclists. Cyclists do not dismount making it feeling very unsafe to walk. My partner is recovering from cancer and we walk along this path to improve health. There is no signage large enough from the river path way all the way to the Trafalgar pub that tells cyclists to slow down or dismount or give walkers right of way. There is a tiny sign near the Trafalgar tavern but very difficult to see . The attached shows the path and it starts being uncomfortable from Ballast Quay, through the alley way to the Trafalgar pub and then along the river Thames pier.

When the clocks change from 3/4pm the walk along the pier is unsafe for walking

During the clocks changing the lantern lights along this pier wall from Trafalgar tavern to university buildings do not come on or when they do are insufficient to provide safe walking lighting. It is difficult to see the path , unsafe as a female going to and from university buildings . Unable to see oncoming cyclists
