Street Condition
2nd June
Email received by CSC inbox 31/05/25 18:23
Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below: Im right to complain about the fact that your staff cannot put a bin back in its place with a lid on it. Ive returned home to find my bins all over my footpath with dog poo in it and a bag of garden waste thrown on the floor this is not acceptable and if they remove your bin they should put it back to where it is not leave it outside for everybody to see that no one is home and forced to be robbed. Its unacceptable and the roads have not been cleaned For months is an absolute disgrace and weve been reporting this time and time again and I just get bored of telling you how to do your job youre charging enough money. It should be done properly and if youre not able to manage your subcontractors then you shouldnt be doing the job. I want this sorted out and I want my bins put back where they found them with the lids down going forward and our street cleaned up properly on a weekly basis how it should be as theyre getting paid for it weekly. What action (if any) would you like us to take? Do your job Have you already spoken to somebody in the Council about this matter? yes If yes, and you know who you spoke to please provide details and dates: I spoke to a member of staff some months back about this spoke to the staff several times reported several times. The state of Street it is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ongoing flytipping around bins that are not being emptied
2nd June
The public recycling bins on Croydon Road (next to bus stop Anerley / The Mitre (Stop B)) are overflowing on a regular basis and need to be emptied more frequently. This is encouraging the surrounding area to be used for flytipping, which is also not collected, leading to significant issues with street cleanliness.
