Fly Tipping in Point Close / Point Hill

Household bulky rubbish, consisting of two side tables and a microwave, has been left in Point Close beside Point Hill, SE10 8QS.
They have been there for over a week. Routine rubbish collection did not take them, nor is there any label to indicate that bulky waste collection has been arranged with the Council.
Given the location of the rubbish, I have also raised this with the management company, but am hoping this is something you can support us with.

The skip has been there for a couple of weeks, empty with no sign of owner. It's now being used as a rubbish dump. This morning I saw a van from a stonework company park up and dump two large bags of stones into the skip.

Sand in roadside gulley and litter
This has been caused by a utility company not clearing up their mess. They have left sand outside the garages all over the road and kerbside, Please can this all be jet washed away or hoovered up. It would be really helpful to pass this report onto the appropriate team rather than dismiss it when it was blocking the gulley. Thank you.

My neighbour keeps throwing his rubbish in my garden

I don't know what do anymore, and i do know who it is who has been doing this as we've had a confrontation. He's literally throwing trash bags down , pet litter glass and food and the smell is crazy. not to mention the foxes at night in my garden. I'm on the bottom floor and flies bugs have been coming inside my property and i'm too scared to open my windows as rats and mice might come in, my landlord gets someone to clean every few weeks but by then it's a landfill.

Lock missing on security gate

The metal security gate adjacent to 13, 15, 17 Mary Ann Gardens SE8, (opposite the Salvation Army Hall) is broken and the lock is missing. There have been reports of intruders in the communal grassed space which is used by residents and offers access to the rear of several properties. There proper functioning of this gate - to which residents have the key - is also a condition of some residents home insurance policies. Please can a new lock be fitted as a matter of urgency?
