Abandoned/derelict property

Number 29 Pitfield Street appears to be abandoned and in disrepair. We have now spotted on three occasions teenagers jumping over the back wall and entering the property. I am worried this will escalate and attract drug addicts and dealers etc.

Slide area is not safe

The slide in the new playground at (the one into the sandpit) looks nice but the layout is unsafe. Kids crowding at the bottom, throwing sand at kids coming down. Within 30 mins this aft I saw small girl cut her neck and another knocked over badly.
