I, and other neighbours have made numerous complaints to New Regent's College about excessive noise. The pupils and 'teaching staff' engage in extremely rowdy and loutish behaviour. On Friday May 23rd this lasted from 11am until 3:30pm.

Pavement is loose and uneven - when you step on one side, the other side raises and you can easily trip. We have already had instances of people falling from it and we wanted to raise this as a matter of urgency to prevent our customers and general public from this hazard.
