As usual we are having to report flytipping on Cheam St. I simply cannot understand why the regular street cleaners do not report the fly tipping, it should not be solely lour responsibility, what on earth are we paying our council tax for? it is unacceptable and this consistent fly tipping is unacceptable

I have a property at 8 Arnold Estate and on the external wall facing Jamaica Road, someone has climbed on to the ledge and painted graffiti along the wall. It's been there since January/early February and I'd asked Frank Harris (real estate) to report the problem. Given it's still there and it's May, I don't think it's been reported.

Pile of blue rubbish bags now attracting more rubbish dumping

This area under the tree on the corner of Dolben and Chancel Streets is a regular dumping ground for what appear to be Council staff blue bins bags - at least 10 this time and they have been piled up there so long that people are dumping other general household rubbish around and on top of them. Please clear this area weekly.
