Water ingress into the property.
9th June
Dear Sirs,
Caledonia House - 223 Pentonville road, London, N1 9NG
During the recent rainfall again during the weekend 7/06/25. We have had some water damage into our basement again. We believe the issue is related to the exterior areas of the property with rainwater getting in. See attached. The arrow pointing to the pavement is directly below in the lower ground floor the area which is affecting our property with water ingress. There is also a manhole on the roadway near the kerb. We need to know what this manhole relates to if it's storm water. As there could be a potential blockage.
TFL are saying it's not them you are saying it not your liability also. I have tried different avenues I need to now know who is responsible for this? So, we can get the manhole open to see if there is a potential issue. Please could you let us know on this ASAP? And put me in contact with the person who can assist me.
Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing at your soonest.
Kind Regards,
Sam

Large
deep pothole very close to the entrance of the station. Hazard.
Apologies that I did not have the opportunity to take a photo, but as I was cycling on this road today a dangerous pothole in the road was unmissable. Please attend and repair - it's really quite a hazard to not only cyclists but all road users. Many thanks.

Homeless tent
7th June
Theres a couple of tents in this passage on a permanent basis now. It doesnt feel safe to walk anymore as the place looks like a homeless camp and theres a heavy tourist foot traffic. Could something be done and the people living rough be removed and relocated to shelters perhaps? Something must be done as its been in that state for months and months.
