Im so disappointed by the state of Cranston estate at the moment. Rubbish everywhere, fly tipping, bins overflowing. Its looks and smells dreadful.

Messy estate

The hole of Cranston estate is a dump. Just mess outside the buildings all the time. I know the bins in the block I live in in marshall house absolutely hum and overflowing all the time. Also marsh house itself the shared spaces are disgusting.

Bin area overloaded with bulk rubbish

People and businesses from the high-street keep using Bolt House bin area for their rubbish (very often bulk - sofa again, some mattresses, sideboards, chairs, cardboard), therefore the area gets overloaded, and residents are not able to access the bins.

Hilton hotel are not maintaining the living wall

The Hilton Hotel were granted planning permission on one basis being they would maintain the 'living wall' facing Chocolate Studios. This has not been the case and the wall has been dead for approx 18 months.
