People leaving furniture rubbish - Safety hazard

People have left old furniture outside the building. Its now getting ridiculous and becoming a safety issue. Its blocking the emergency water hose and also will soon block the pathway from my door. Can you please send a letter to all residents and remove

A small blue wheely bin (not belonging to the adjacent property which is a residential block with large black 4 wheel bins) has been abandoned for a week and is attracting people to leave waste in and around it.

Hilton hotel are not maintaining the living wall

The Hilton Hotel were granted planning permission on one basis being they would maintain the 'living wall' facing Chocolate Studios. This has not been the case and the wall has been dead for approx 18 months.

Overflowing bin and fly tipping

Residents had reported bins not being collected at the entrance of 291 Hackney Road. These were finally collected today after overflowing but a load of mess has been left behind which needs clearing up.

Weekend party zone

Sometimes weeknights too. a gang of grown men. partying with very loud music shouting and drinking for a large part of the weekend if not all. goes on til about 11pm at times. gets worse as the summer draws in. loads of cars out there illegal grid parking

Shouting smoking drugs and music

Every week night sun-thurs a gang show up around 11pm -12am in 2 or 3 cars and stand in the entrance of the garages under hows st block. playing music shouting at each other and smoking cannabis. this has been going on for months i noticed it last december

No signs in car park

There are no signs in this car park which is supposed to be run by the street parking team , the car park was handed over too street parking last year, everyone parks there for free , there has been a white van in the car park which has not moved for three months, at thr weekend there are cars all over the car park they park on pavements and across footpaths, I don't see why the residents of this estate have to pay to park yet the people that park in that car park which is outside Ongar House wall street N1 3nd do not have to pay anything. I have seen people come along and park up and then go off shopping.

Dangerous Curb Drop outside Pinsent Masons

There is a height difference from the dropped curb to the road, this is dangerous and causes issues when taking deliveries of heavy good such as pallets. There have already been instances when heavy loads have almost tipped over during curb mount.

Sweeper left mess on my door step

Sweeper sitting in vehicle sweeper loo wft mess on my door step!!! Totally unacceptable! I pay the council to keep the front of my house and surrounding areas clean and tidy. This is is not fair on wheelchair users.
