Flat 2, 81 Victoria Park Road resident named Carson has been smoking in communal areas of property. Other residents have put up 'no smoking' signs, asked him to stop and issued copies of legislation. He has refused to cease smoking for 2 years

Hi Hackney Council, do you still carry out weeding around the Whiston Estate? The estate is full of weeds coming up through the pavement slabs. It looks scruffy, a weed-killing chemical would sort it out.
