Broken clay pipe from council road drain
12th March
We have dug to the problem with mini digger as lots of water coming to surface. Collapsed clay pipe coming from a council road drain. If this can be fixed as soon as possible as the hole is quite deep and next to Offas dyke foot path making it dangerous.

Blocked drains on south side of A488
30th January
Drains on the south side of the A488 between Lee Cottage and The Lee are blocked. Mud has got under the gratings into the drains preventing drainage of water on the road in wet weather. The drain on the north side of Weston Road at the junction with the A488 is similarly blocked. The situation has been present since November. This section of the A488 floods in very heavy rain so good drainage is essential. The attached photo shows the location of one of the gratings concerned but a number on this stretch of the A488 are affected.

Ice, danger to pedestrians using Kinsley Rd. Knighton. This has been like this since 19/11/24. Mothers taking their children to school and other pedestrians are having to walk on ice covered roads as pavement unusable.
