A pothole has emerged alongside a manhole cover in the north bound carriageway. Given its location and the current weather conditions it should be dealt with as soon as possible

At this point the river Wye is just a yard or two from the main road. Motorists have no protection whatsoever if they lost control of their vehicles other than a few saplings. Surely these parts should be protected by a crash barrier before winter sets in. I appreciate that this carriageway being a trunk road is the responsibility of the Welsh Assembly but please request them to look into this matter since it is a very busy road with a poor record for accidents.
