New grey close. I am very concerned that emergency services could not get to destination because of cars blocking the road. And also I couldn't get out of my drive to take my wife to hospital recently this is causing distress to me and other residents

Bad uneven flags
impossible for my mother to pass.
We are in a conservation area and yet many flagstones are ill fitting and some pavement has been tarmact. Elderly with walkers cant use the pavement.

A metal council bollard has been knocked over on the edge of Newsham Park next to the end of Belmont Drive. The hole and the damaged bollard are now a trip hazard for anyone cutting across that piece of grass at the edge of the park.

There is loads of litter scattered at the edge of Newsham Park. A lot of it is next to fence of No.1 Belmont Drive and there is a black bag of rubbish next to one of the trees. This rubbish was probably put there during the LFC parade on Bank Holiday Monday.

Several litter bins are broken in Newsham Park. A lot of them need replacing or repairing. The problem is attracting vermin who scatter the litter around the park. I have reported this issue several times before but nothing has been done.
