Damage to the safety rails
1st June
Damage has been observed to the metal railings located along the footpath. The nature of the damage suggests it may have been caused by a vehicle collision. Several sections of the railing are bent and dislodged, with visible impact marks consistent with contact from a car or van.
There is also some minor debris on the pavement, further indicating a recent impact. This damage poses a potential safety hazard to pedestrians and should be inspected and repaired as soon as possible.

Junction continues to be dangerous
27th April
Repoeted previously bug still ongoing isuues - Cars, vans and lorries cutting corner when entering Croftwood Grove from Lickers Lane do not slow down and come in on wrong side of carriageway taking shortest line possible to get into GoLocal carpark. Cars, vans and lorries also parking on pavement within a few metres of junction so visibility is obstructed for other users, particularly residents trying to get in and out of the road, and pedestrians trying to safely cross road. Levels of traffic into a 31 house cul de sac have increased exponentially visiting shop, lots of near misses. A central traffic island, roundabout, double yellow lines may be needed, particularly with the release of hundreds of new homes across the road, traffic is likely to increase further with an accident or fatality just waiting to happen. Thank you.

Bushes and trees growing through fence and block pathway.
12th April
These bushes at the end of Oliver Lyme Road need completely cutting back. When the branches start to hang they are a hazard for pedestrians and wheelchair users. Please cut them completely back rather than making them into a tunnel. It doesnt solve the problem if they are simply shaped rather than removed.

Illegal parking
30th March
There are a number of businesses that have caused illegal parking to go on. The businesses themselves are not directly responsible. But customers for the big chippy, maturo, and customer and delivery drivers for Ho park on Warrington Road. This is a double yellow line road. At peak times this causes a very dangerous situation. Cars park on the paths either side causing pedestrians to struggle getting past. The is also causes issues for the 2 way traffic on Warrington Road. This is a major bus route and large vehicles are competing with cars and other large vehicles to get past. Someone will be likely injured or if not killed here. The council must know what goes on here as it has been going on for years. Simple solution - install railings along this stretch to stop cars from parking.
