Every week this person parks her car on the double yellows on high street There appears to be a blue badge but there are still restrictions on parking. There are free parking facilities within 50 metres and her ability to walk does not, from what I have seen, appear to restrict her from walking a few extra metres. The traffic is adversely affected. Not even parked near the kerb.

Ive spoke to these people on the school run multiple times and asked them nicely to stop parking here. This is blocking access to a privately owned carpark and is also in front of drop curb. They are not listening and park here everyday.
