Abandoned roadworks sign

A couple of weeks ago i heard several kids dragging this sign along the footpath and proceeding to throw it about on the waste ground outside my house, judging by the limited intelligence with these kids i don't famcy the idea of waking up one morning to find it 'bounced' off my car, so can arrangements be made to have it collected ASAP

The main drain hole in the middle of the two lanes leading up to the roundabout has collapsed. There is no drain hole cover visible. This is presenting a real danger as it is not visible on approach.

Two lanes flooded under M69/M1 Junction. South side of the roundabout, inside lanes (for the M1 if coming from A5460). New issue this morning (06/01/2025) following heavy rain. Water level passable but problematic at 07:30am.
