Gangs of small children playing in road

Kids from further up the close play at the bottom. Theres a big gang of them who shout and squeal constantly and play in the middle of the road. All of the houses they're from have back gardens but presume the parents don't want the noise near them. Had a couple of near misses with kids in the road and cars and they block driveways with their bikes etc.

30-40cm wide and deep pothole found on road
22nd July
This pothole has been present for over 6 months. It is very deep and dangerous when shaded at certain points of the day to cyclists and would potentially cause significant damage to cars. It is claimed that they highway inspector did not see this on a previous report but it is clearly marked and very obvious to the eye in the pictures. Please fix this dangerous pothole. It is 5-10m to the right of the entrance to "Windley Lodge" residence on the left carriageway of the uphill in to Aston Flamville.
