Possibly one of the worst roads I have ever driven on. Multiple huge potholes that are unavoidable. The lanes are splitting and causing cars to move around. Terrible there will be an accident

2nd April
Between Junction 1 Hinckley towards Junction 0 Coventry there is a massive amount of dumped waste and litter which is blowing into the carriageway. A large sheet of plastic blew into my car today and atratched to the wing mirror and covered my windscreen while in lane 2 of 3. The whole near side hard shoulder is heavily littered and central reservation isnt great either.

There is litter in both sides of all theM69 from the junction with the M6 to the junction with the M1. It looks like a third world country please clear it as it just capitulates the problem. If we can do this people might care more and take their rubbish home. Thank you

Multiple potholes all along giveaway markings
25th March
I've made another report because of how many there are and reports have been made recently that apparently have been closed and resolved? However The potholes are still there and have not been fixed and are still there, some deeper than tennis balls. They are extremely dangerous with the position they are at.
They are as the slip road joins the M69 all along the giveaway markings.

Pothole located on the on end of slip road
25th March
They're multiple very large tennis ball size potholes at the end of the slip road where it joins the M69, they're are all along the giveaway markings and all the way along until the giveaway markings join the solid white lines. These are dangerous because they are just as you join the motorway at obviously around 60 70 miles an hour and potentially has the ability to cause damage to cars / affect steering.
