Blind crossing for pedestrians
23rd May
The marker represents where I think a mirror should go, on an already existing post.
At the moment it is a blind crossing from a road which is a high speed road.
Opposite on the other side of the crossing is blind due to the crossing being immediately after a bridge.
It can be quite dangerous as you cannot see any turning traffic and have to hope for the best.

At the top of the clockwise exit slip at junction 4 of the M621 leading onto the A61, the nearside footway by the traffic lights and pedestrian guard rail is getting narrow due to the overgrown vegetation encroaching it and needs cutting back for clear access of the footway.

Car Parked On Double Yellow Lines
12th May
This car consistently parks on the double yellow lines in various places along this road, this has been happening for several weeks and is becoming an issue. In the attached photo the car is making it difficult to make what is already a tight turn into the car park and creates a blind spot for those trying to exit. When they park on the double yellow lines near the entrance to the residence carpark they have the same issues when trying to enter and exit their own home.
This obstruction also restricts access for larger vehicles making deliveries to the hotel forcing the lorries to block other parts of the road adding to the obstructions.

Pedetrian crossing has gone wrong with constant beeping when no one presses the button to cross.
22nd March
The pedestrian crossing on Swinegate in Leeds outside the entrance to Sovereign Square's Co-Op has gone wrong and is tuning the lights red and giving the audio alarm for people to cross every 20 seconds, even though there are no pedestrians near it or pushing the button. It is incredibly annoying, please sort it out as we are getting disturbed sleep in the Travelodge.

Multiple large / deep potholes
10th March
There is a cluster of several large and deep potholes on Neville Street heading out of the City Centre towards Holbeck / M621 - just as you enter the tunnel. These span the entire carriageway and can't be avoided without driving on the wrong side of the road.
