Persistent overnight parking on footpath
9th August
This vehicle has been obstructing the footpath overnight for a few weeks now and is still being parked on the footpath overnight every night. From 6 pm onwards until approximately 745am It is impossible to squeeze along the footpath along the inside and therefore many residents with children and dogs are having to walk in the road to get around this irresponsibly parked van. The driver is believed to be residing in an HMO property opposite the Baptist Church called FIELDVIEW. Is there anything you can do to help stop awful parking please ? Many thanks Jan

Stretch of around 20-30 metres on the inside of the bend between Boundary Farm and Sycamore Farm
4th February
Clopton Road near Witnesham Suffolk - It is clear that a repair to the inside edge of the bend between Boundary Farm and Sycamore Farm for a stretch of around 10-15 metres over a width of around 0.5 metres has deteriorated leaving several deep ruts and potholes. It is rare that I use this road but by the condition it would appear to have been in this state in excess of 12 months.

Footpath not marked on fields
9th December
The footpath is down there right through the rubbish. This is what the landowner has shouted at me this morning. He got upset as I passed the private property sign which I missed. This path in question is in theory through a field but as visible from photos it isn't kept. No marking on the fields and the field is vast. It has been like this for weeks and the landowner is breaking the law. Full stop. NOT only this but within a week they added signs of private property while before the signs only said keep dogs on lead.

No sign of footpath
9th September
This area has footpaths or should have... One sign at the edge of the road then nothing not a trace of path just fields and fields, dug up. It is scandalous we pay Council tax money and we aren't denied the Right of way. Somebody is breaking the law as removing footpaths is an offence

MASSIVE pothole
11th November
There are several potholes at the entrance to Witnesham Primary School. The worst must be at least 12in in diameter or more and 4 to 5 inches deep. I would like to know where/how to report damage for compensation.
I will try and take a picture to backup claim.

Mill Lane
Witnesham
Mill lane has A tarmac surface which over many years has deteriorated badly.I have reported it to suffolk Coastal district council, and a rep was sent to view the lane, and reported it was not a lane, but a footpath. This I dispute as it contains drains, mains water supplies. once past the six properties it does turn into a farm track. The made up part of the lane is in such a state that our friends will not bring their cars to our house, A lane is a lane, and should not be down graded to a footpath, just to save the the council a small amount of money
