Topsoil dumped on communal land
30th April
Several tonnes of soil have been dumped on communal land close to where a new extension appears to be under construction. This is unsightly and possible causes an obstruction to a low lying area of what was previously a field. This area also form part of an easement for utility companies to conduction inspections and maintenance.

Vehicles mounting footway due to narrowness of highway and increasing volume of traffic as a consequence of Sizewell C.
10th March
My wife had to step back to avoid a car mounting the footway outside The Original Factory Shop. She estimates the car was in excess of 1m on the footway. The driver showed no consideration for the vulnerability of pedestrians and was in contravention of the latest regulations under the Highways Act. My question/concern is: the width of the road being too narrow to safely accommodate the increased volume of traffic, especially HGVs.

Dangerous parking on and close to a junction.
10th March
An ongoing and worsening issue as more drivers negligently park on or close to a junction. I and others have had a number of near misses with cars having to drive on the wrong side of the road to pass aforementioned vehicles. No road markings were ever put down. I strongly suggest Suffolk Highways make an inspection with the view to restricting parking in this area.

Unsafe parking opposite busy junction
10th March
Frequently find vehicles parked opposite or near to this junction on a busy route to high school and leisure centre. Visibility is already restricted but the park cars compound the danger by forcing cars to drive on wrong side of the road. This is putting pedestrians and drivers at risk. The Hopkins Homes Development has a number of junctions where this is an issue and urgently needs double yellow lines.

Inconsiderate parking on footpath
17th October
This car OU17WVF has been parked on the footpath on Mill Road since I went to work at 8.15am today. This road leads to our village playgroup and the foothpath is used by parent with small children, buggies etc and children who are going to catch the buses for high schools. Residents should not have to negotiate cars that are parked on footpaths.
