Multiple potholes - defective repairs
11th February
Multiple potholes on Muirton Road heading towards elgin just after pedestrian island. Large pothole has been repaired previously but this has proved to be ineffective and has quickly deteriorated.
This patch of road has been poorly repaired since atleast 2021 as evidenced on google maps. It is also evidenced in Google maps that the road surface on this section has been sub standard since atleast 2010/11 as a large crack had began to form in the carriageway.

Trees and bushes obscuring road
29th December
The traffic measures and position of trees and bushes opposite make it hard to judge if safe to go thru. Its OK from top to bottom as you have right of way. But to go against flow is unsafe especially in summer

Taxi firm taking up all spaces in carpark
5th November
Taxi firm taking up 4 spaces in carpark. This is making others double park or park on the bend and up on the kerb. This is stopping people passing with pushchairs and making safe entry hard. God help it if a fire engine needs access. Should this firm be allowed 2 vans and 2 cars outside a residential property.

People parking in front of gates
9th August
There is always cars parked near and beside the gates on the old railway line. These gates are there for access to SSE AND SCOTTISH WATER. Now if they need access quickly it is impossible due to these people blocking the gate. I think a sign should be erected advising of access needed and people only have to park the opposite side of the carriageway and cross road to go up the line.
The stupidity and laziness of people is outstanding.

Dog mess
9th August
Lady is constantly walking her dog off lead and allowing it to poop everywhere. She does not pick it up. I have often found mess after she has been out and picked it up myself. There is a bit near a disabled person's car always seems to have it. And down nearer the larger carpark. She seems to not care as she struts about. A few signs would be appreciated in castle court. One behind 37 Castle court where the children play would be welcomed

Causing damage to private property as the council does not remove this mess in guyters
8th August
I'm reporting this again as I pay a lot of money every month to clean my privately opened house gutters.. because of the neglect of council properties next door to me it's causing my house to get damp as the only water pipe drainage is at the blocked properties This is the second time I've reported this and I'm contacting a lawyer to get the council to pay for damage to my property just because of this disgusting mess of the council gutters.
