Works vehicle closing junction without proper signage
15th December
Tonight at approx 1630 I approached this junction of Manchester road and hoyle house gold to go home up causeway side. I found the vehicle in the picture blocking the road and a bloke picked up what seemed to be tube and shouted youll have to go all the way round to my belief this road has not been closed and has a temporary traffic light system in place to control traffic flow. I would like to know how 3rd party companies can just decide to say its closed when its a bus route, and a major through route to all living in the vicinity... what if an emergency vehicle needed to get through to get to the fun factory that was open at the time? They wouldnt have time to go all the way round... is this right that they can just do this ? Is there a procedure that must be followed?
