Un-usable car dumped on street for over 6 months

This car seems have been abandon, and not been moved since may this year. The car's MOT ran out about a few months ago, and the mileage on this car is well over 280000. It's sad to see, people are using this road as dumbing ground for getting rid of un-usable, un-repairable vehicles.

This can has been on dumped on street for over four months. On the 1st of December, someone did come around in a silver Peugeot coupe and removed both from and rear number plates off this car. Currently the car has no number plate.
