25th June
1. Car Reg No. KE13 XMA was parked on yellow line on Fontwell Close/Uxbridge Road HA3 6DG around 3.00pm 2. Disabled Badge was displayed on the dash board but the driver was not disabled and there was no one who was disabled in the car. 3. The car was blocking passage on the road and causing havoc. 4. When driver returned to the car he was asked why he was parked in this way and he became abusive and aggressive. Abuse was racial. 5. When questioned about disabled badge he quickly removed it.
