Dispersal order after trolley thrown from car park
A weekend dispersal order was issued in Walton-on-Thames after a shopping trolley was thrown from a multi-storey car park, narrowly missing a child. Three boys were arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage and endangering life. The order was in place from 18:00 BST on Friday until 18:00 on Sunday, granting officers the authority to remove groups likely to commit criminal offences.
