I report this last spring, SCC said it was on the treatment plan, guess the treatment plan did not happed as there is zero die back and is double in size and now encroaching on the carriageway. It is all along this stretch, considering the length in which the works at the M25/a3 junction went to to remove it including being in specialist trained dogs I find it completely unacceptable that it is allow to grow and spread for so long

Missing cover over electrical connection

Firstly let me take my hat off to the good quality of the workmanship in the continuing renovation of the pavements in your work at Guildford Park Avenue, GU2 7NH.
But there's just one small thing overlooked outside my house at No.67 which one of the workmen said I should contact you about when I mentioned it.
The small square cover or lid (I guess about 20cm by 20cm) is missing above what I think is my Virgin Broadband telephone connection in the newly tarmacked pavement. I'm sure I would have noticed if it were missing before the work started outside my house, since I walk past it every day.
So the electrics are currently exposed to the elements and it's a trip hazard to pedestrians.
Can you please get someone to replace the missing lid.
