Road surface unacceptable

The road surface at the very start of the off slip is in disgraceful condition and has been like this for as long as I can remember. It needs a repair that is done to the correct specification instead of a bodge job.

Tipper truck has dumped a load of soil, concrete and clothes poles etc. Partly blocking the road. Dumped between 9am and 10am today 6th March.

Public Health and Safety concerns Welsh Drive Blantyre

I raised safety concerns with local councillors in November 2021. The above items have been lying for several months and are presenting safety and health concerns for residents and general public. Over the past few month there has been an increased level of rats within this area due to dumping of general and large household items and failure of council service uplifts. I would be grateful if you could assist with this issue. Thank you.

Two vehicles abandoned, sitting side by side outside house numbers 44 & 46. Have been lying in the public road (Schoolhouse Lane) for years. Parking is now extremely difficult due to volume of cars and these two vehicles are taking up two spaces

Street light needed.

4th October

Street light needed but never been fitted, now that the council have changed the lights to LED system the lighting is worse. As can be seen in the picture there is obviously a street light missing at the lefthand side of the culdisac, the council have apparently halved the street lighting costs via fitting LED lighting so maybe they should install the one they forgot to install!!!!!!!! Cars have been damaged/scratched and windows smashed in th area in question but are the council concerned. Answers on a postcard lol

Lack of public bins

Again, I have had to clear food and drink cartons from my hedge due to lack of waste bins. Same goes for dog fouling, there are no dog fouling waste bins nearby.
