Road signed knocked over by a car

The road sign has been knocked over by a car on Sunday night 18.02.24 and reported to the Police. I've removed sign as it was a trip hazard and put a cone over the sharp broken metal pole in the ground. The road sign is to the side of 1 Halsey Drive , Edzell Woods next to what is known locally as Moss Road which is an Aberdeenshire road.
