This has been reported multiple times, and to be fair the council did put up signs but this problem has got so bad its nearly impossible to walk without stepping in it , this has to be the worst street in Dundee now , both side is unbelievable , its time for the wardens to be proactive in stopping people who don't carry bags and issuing fines etc , i have never seen both sides so bad

This has been happening for multiple weeks now this driver blocking the whole path with his car, there is no need. Next to house 177 on Balunie Avenue. Nobody in a wheelchair or with a pram will be able to get past without going into the road which is a hazard.
