Dip in pavement/drop kerb causing flooded pavement

Outside 20 Pear Tree Lane, Coseley WV14 8HA The dropped kerb and pavement appears to have sunk causing gutter rain water to wash up on the pavement. During heavy rainfall this causes the pavement to become impassable and washes up large quantities of rubble. Due to the camber of the road and the drop kerb all the water washes down the pavement. The drop kerb needs raising and the gutter reinstating against the kerb line. See photos. Thanks
