Parking infront of a drop kerb!

We had our drop kerb done to stop cars blocking part of our drive and to allow easy access to our property. This seems to have made no difference whatsoever!

Overgrown trees
6th May
The tress are causing a lot of litter to harbour under them, I have seen on a few occasions the canisters of laughing gas and the odd needle. This is the access street between 29 and 27 farm road DY13 9DQ . It is frequently used by children so the issue with needles is slightly scary. The trees are slowly growing over onto the path now that the weather is better

Neighbour using Grass verge /using our dropped kerb

Our neighbours sister constantly driving up our dropped kerb and parking her vehicle on the grass verge , causing damage to the grass verge with her constantly driving up and reversing back down our dropped kerb that we paid for , The Verge in question is outside 188/186 , the nuisance neighbour is 186

Totally blocking dropped kerb.
27th November
This person has parked across the corner of Young Rd and Felix Baxter Drive completely blocking the dropped kerb making it impossible for mobility scooters, wheelchairs and prams to get past. There was plenty of space to park in Young Rd without parking on the corner

Cars regularly blocking entire pavement on main road
16th November
Customers or staff of Brown and Beauty are regularly parking outside the salon blocking the entire pavement. This means that pedestrians have to steo out into the busy Stourport road in order to pass.
In one occasion a lady in a wheelchair was unable to pass. We asked the salon to get their customer to move the car but were told they could not as they were in the tanning booth.
Currently there is again a large BMW blocking the path outside the salon.

The house next door when they have visitors are dangerously parking back end on pavement that if we reverse of our drive is going to cause an accident and my children are going to end up gettting hurt, this is not a one off incident Its an ongoing recurrence

Issues with my neighbours parking
22nd July
Even though there is nothing stopping my neighbour from parking further forwards he purposefully will park over my driving making it nearly impossible to get on it my driveway. I have tried talking to him but he will only swear and give me verbal abuse about it. Is there anything that can be done? The issue has been going on for about 18 months now.
