Anti social behaviour with off road bikes and quads driving through the springs housing estate and warren house park

This is an ongoing issue (we moved in August and its been constant since) and very dangerous - access to parkland etc needs blocking before a child gets killed
On a more mundane issue it is causing damage to the park as they ride all over it

Very poor road surface

The road surface of alfred road, sherwood crescent and the surrounding roads is terrible. Worst of all though are the speed humps on Alfred Road. They are crumbling leaving vertical sharp edges causing damage to vehicles on a daily basis. I understand the humps were once a necessity due to the schools however nowadays due to the volume of traffic they are an un needed unmaintained hinderence to all people using the road.

The streetlight outside my house is broken leaving the corner of the street in darkness my daughter has already fell over and cut her knees twice something needs doing before legal action ends up being taken due to a serious accident occurring its been broken for at least 3 weeks

Heavy vehicles causing house vibrations

Having recently moved into the area my wife and I are extremely concerned by the speed of the vehicles travelling along the road. Especially the heavy load vehicles who cause the whole house to shake when travelling at speed.
