Street lamp not working

Street lamp post on East side of Upper Park Road by southernmost end of David Coffer Court main building is badly corrupted along it's length. It lacks a serial number.
The lamp has not worked for months and foliage and branches of untended trees in David Coffer Court grounds next to it masked the light when it did work.
Result is large blacked out area at night which is scary to walk through because you don't know if someone is hiding there or if there is an obstruction on the pavement.
Suggest repaint or replace lamp post and remove or pollard the offending trees.

Bush at base of tree overgrown and blocking view when coming out of junction

The bush below the tree outside house 86 on Hythe Avenue has become overgrown and therefore compromising the view of cars exiting the junction of Stapleton Road onto Hythe Avenue. Cars speed down this road and it is impossible to see oncoming traffic without moving out into the road at the junction which is dangerous to all road users. I have two young children who travel in the car with me and have had a near miss with a speeding car which I couldn't see due to the overgrown bush.
