Request for bin to be moved - Hook lane

Request for the bin at of faraday bus stop (outside of 18/18a hook lane) to be moved over. The bus stop was made bigger but the bin was already there. The bin is located between the bus shelter and the bus stop sign so the bin is in the way and makes it different for anyone with a buggy or walker or etc to get on and off the bus. Please can the bin be moved over.

In the road approaching bursted wood surgery , opposite the 10 miles an hour sign and red graffiti there are a number of black bin liners in the wooded area on the right spreading around 30m , the smell of rotting is disgusting, parents park here for the local schooners the smell is getting worse its awful . There is constant little down Banks Lane. From the time weve moved in 4 years ago, Ive never seen Banks Lane, DA6 7BH clean even once. Theres always rubbish - plastic, papers, wrappers, bottles. What are we paying the Council for? It is such an eyesore to anyone who walks down the lane. Please ensure this is regularly cleaned. Its always a mess.
