Illegal car parking

One of the Peabody vehicles pictured here is continuously parking on the junction between Lingfield Avenue and Dewlands Avenue. This obstructs the view for vehicles leaving or entering Dewlands Avenue and poses a hazard with seeing oncoming traffic. In the UK, you should not park within 10 meters (32 feet) of a junction, unless you are in an authorized parking space in accordance of rule 243 of the Highway code. This rule is in place to ensure that drivers and pedestrians have a clear view of the road. Please do not park here again.

Lots of litter including large plastic sheeting and abandoned traffic cones along side of road, on central reservation as well as many toppled abandoned traffic cones outside of central reservation barrier. The litter appears to have been present for a while.

The B2500 bridge over the A282. The expansion joints and tarmac around them are failing, on the tunnel side of the roundabout, causing potholes. Although the surface is a Kent County Highways Asset, the expension joint is a NH asset? Please review or advise.

Lock and Chain on gate

The chain and lock on the gate underneath the A2 flyover has been cut for the fourth time in 3 months. DBC has replaces this three times now but it is expensive to replace the lock and chain as it is costing us over 100 a time. We no longer can keep doing could Highways please target harden this area so the illegal vecheilce can get in

Smashed glass on bus stop shelter. Very dangerous.

Animals Defecating onto the parkland paths. Irresponsible, lazy dog handlers not using doggy bags to remove their dogs crap & allowing their animals to destroy a very pleasant natural environment used by members of the community.
