Flytipping - Maxim road

Reported fly tipping previously of a trampoline, this was collected however the trolley with the legs was left but this was then collected.
Another report was made of fly tipping - tarpaulin, cement, bricks and bottle of urine. Pease can this be collected as this is still there.
Caller said she also saw a man unloading flytipping from his car but doesn't have details.
This location is near the river so some of the fly tipping gets pushed into the river.
When caller called about this before she was advised that there needs to be cameras as no cameras in the area. Please can this be looked into.
