Parking on double yellow lines

Hi still there is no one making these yellow lines, it truly think they are a waste of time, cars parking on them regularly, this problem needs sorting out, if no one can man them then there is no point of having them, these people who park on them also now what time a traffic warden would come, so there just getting away with it.

To be honest, your entire network needs tidying up. The m20 and M2 are bother littered on the verges with cans, bottles and plastic, discarded cones etc etc. You are failing in your statutory duty to maintain and clean the highways. However the areas and slips around jnc 2 of the M2 are acutely bad. See pictures

Some of the lights on this slip road not working - a227 westbound exit slip road.

Some of the lights on this slip road are not working, along with multiple lights between here and the m2, note these did all work when they were installed some months back. It does seem that more and more of the LED fittings arent working compared to when they were first installed. The standard answer always given on here is its a cabling issue. Maybe in future it would be better to repair the infrastructure first rather than installing new fittings on an electrical network that clearly doesnt work properly.

There is and has been for longer than a year copious amounts of litter on the verges of the a2 along the main carriageways and slip roads for all gravesend junctions and beyond. It is starting to look like a third world country, and is very unsightly.

The A2 Watling Street slip Road toward the junction with the A227 has been disgusting mess for months now with no sign of this being addressed. The slip Road and the area of the roundabout is an absolute eyesore. If the council area unable to clear this up am I allowed to?

This slip Road and the verges at the roundabout are covered with litter and has been like this for months despite the temporary sign situated near the roundabout. It is a shocking eyesore. If the council have been/are unable to clean this up am I allowed to?
