This vandalised bench on pavement at entrance to Shirley Park has already been twice reported several weeks ago.It is an absolute eyesore and could be considered a health and safety issue should anyone hurt themselves on any jagged metal/wooden edges. All thats been done to date is someone has put tape around it !!!. Surely a more common sense approach would be to remove it completely.Please will someone action it thank you
