Leaves!!!
5th January
Having walked along this section of pavement many times to and from town, the leaf fall which has been allowed to accumulate over the last 2 months is now a thick slippery congealed mass. In some areas you cannot avoid without walking into the road. Yesterday I slipped on this sludge and stumbled against the wall. The condition is now treacherous and a real trip/fall hazard especially for the elderly.

Retaining Wall Bowing
16th December
Hello, the retaining wall that goes along Navigation road is beginning to bow quite a bit and the end is gone due to some residents driving over it repeatedly. When this wall goes it will cause significant damage to any cars parked on the road and the subsidence of earth may cause structural damage to the buildings. This wall could really do with replacing of fixing before this occurs otherwise it could prove very expensive.

Large amount of garden waste, I believe this waste belongs to number 90 (the white budling) however it has been dumped and left there for a while now (around 3 months) and could do with removing

Overgrown bushes impacting path
18th July
The trees and bushes alongside winnington park school are impacting on the pedestrian walkways so that everyone now has to walk on the grass verge. Its an annoyance if you are on foot and ok but for elderly, the infirm, people with disabilities or parents with prams it is very difficult. We have been told previously that its because of nesting birds, but the cricket club further along the road keep their boundaries tidy all year round.

Pavement parking
30th March
Recently the council removed the grass verges because cars parked on them and ruined them so they used tarmacadam to extend the pavement so now cars from the nearby school park on the pavement leaving no room for my wheelchair to get past. I am forced into the road which is dangerous.

Instability in road on this stretch
15th February
When heavy loads/trucks pass by our property the house shakes due to the uneven road surface or possible issues with the road foundations. This has been going on for many months. Its like a small earthquake when the truck pass by on this stretch. Unnerving and actually wakes us up when early in the morning.

Continuing dog fouling
9th December
There is, particularly at this time of year, and increase in dog fouling that has a lot of footfall of pedestrians of all ages. Reporting this to Cheshire West for a street clean always results with no action taken and no follow up of the officl complaint. Pretty useless!

Heavy traffic flow on Crocus street
30th April
Since the closure of Soot Hill and the one way amendment on Lydyette Lane this week, the flow of traffic is horrendous as vehicles are using Crocus Street as a rat run through the Loche estate. Crocus street is a very small, narrow road with terraced houses and residents cars parked on either side of the road. I have no problem with Lydyette Lane being made one way for safety reasons but this has been implemented without any thought on the imp0lications on surrounding roads, which just transfers the problem to another street. This needs addressing as soon as possible before there is another accident.

20cm pothole outside eco lab entrance
17th April
Hello, I just nearly crashed as there is a car broken down due to its tyre bursting because they have driven into the pothole. There were cars coming in the opposite and not enough space on the road to avoid the car so nearly crashed and had to do an emergency stop. Please fix this ASAP as it is a huge hazard to all
